In January 2017, the director of Science and Technology Management Department of China Railway, Zhou Li, visited the construction and the test of the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity High-Speed Rail project. Accompanied by the deputy director of electrical services of China Railway Beijing Group Co.,Ltd., Zhao Jianguo, and the director of Communications Institute of China Academy of Railway Sciences, Lin Wei.
